Terms

Terms of use

These terms summarize the basic rules for using Ludor. By entering the game, creating a room, or joining a match, you agree to use the service respectfully and according to these terms.

Using the service

Ludor is a free online card game designed for quick matches between players. You can use it in the public lobby or in private rooms with a game code.

Conduct

  • Do not use offensive, discriminatory, misleading names or names that impersonate another person.
  • Do not abuse bugs, automation, reconnects, or WebSocket messages to harm matches or the service.
  • Do not try to access, interfere with, or damage systems, data, or matches belonging to other players.

Matches and availability

Matches run in real time and may be affected by disconnects, maintenance, technical errors, or service changes. Ludor may adjust rules, screens, or availability to improve the game, fix issues, or protect the service.

Player content

The player name and room code you enter are used to manage the match, show game state, and allow reconnection for a limited period. Avoid entering personal or sensitive information in those fields.

Ownership and license

The project code, text, and assets are published under the license stated in the Ludor repository. Using the game does not grant permissions over marks, assets, or code beyond that license.

Cookies and storage

Use of the game is also linked to the Cookie policy, which explains the technical browser storage used for features such as reconnection and interface notices.

Important note

This text is an informational draft based on Ludor's current behavior and does not replace professional legal review if the service is operated publicly or changes its data handling.
